The nominations for the 2024 Golden Globes have officially been revealed.
The Golden Globes aims to honor the best of the best of acting, film and television, and the ceremony taking place in January will debut two new categories: cinematic and box office achievement, recognizing a high-earning film with "extensive global audience support," and best performance in stand-up comedy on television, for outstanding work by a comedian.
"Barbie" led the charge on the film side, with nine nominations, followed by "Oppenheimer," with eight. "Poor Things" and "Killers of the Flower Moon" garnered seven apiece.
"Succession" was the most nominated title in TV, snagging nine nominations, while "The Bear" and "Only Murders in the Building" pulled up next with five apiece.
"Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour" also got a Golden Globes nomination for cinematic and box office achievement, one of the new categories added to this year's awards show.
The Golden Globes will air Jan. 7 on CBS and Paramount+ starting at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT.
